Initially I was just rubbing on salt then I changed to a saturated wash. I was doing it every day or two, and I think it was too often. I have probably drawn out too much moisture.

www.cheeselinks.com.au It is a hard cheese mould that tapers from top to bottom by about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch, which it my only complaint about this mould.
