Skimmers For Stirring And Ladling Curds

From US based CulinaryCookware I ordered a French Matfer Bourgeat brand large stainless steel skimmer for USD25 plus shipping.

I plan to use it for stirring milk and ingredients, stirring curds while cooking or washing, and for ladling curds out of large stockpots.

Several sizes available, this one has a 5.5 in/140 mm diameter head and 16.5 in/420 mm long handle.

Debi, good find and thanks for pointing out. I made a mistake, mine was USD17.50, 25 was list price. Also, mine is French, so more expensive ;D.
