My daughter has a herd of show Dairy goats. I've been making cheese from their milk for about a year. About a month ago, my Jersey cow calved, and I really need to step up my cheese making to every other day since she is producing so much milk.

I'm looking forward to joining the forum, and trying a bunch of new recipes.

Hi, John, We are off of 290 in the Hockley/Magnolia area. If you drove by our house, you would probably notice the cow out grazing by the mailbox during the day!

Yep, got it, about 40 miles straight north, I keep meaning to take the family to the Showboat Drive In Thearter in Hockley in between us.

If we're ever up that way we'll look out for your cow!
