New cheesmaker lover

Hello!
I'm very exctited to have found this forum.  I'm in the process of setting up my own cheesmaking project and to plan to sell artisan cheese for another country (lolol wife isfrom another country).  I a canadian living in Gatineau andlove cheese (lolol maybe because of canadian poutine) I'm excited to have found aspot to ask more questions!

I'm a Canadian from Vancouver living in Houston Texas, never been to Gatineau Quebec, but that's where we send our Passport applications to and get new ones from ;D!
