I am a home cheesemaker in Canberra. I so far made feta, halloumi, farm house cheddar, mascarpone, cream cheese, ricotta, emmental and gruyere. This weekend I am trying Blue Vein.

Also created a facebook page here for Home Cheese Makers to share pictures and knowledge. Come and join to our page.

I collected some info on the net out of freely available ones and created an Introduction to Cheesemaking pdf file which can be downloaded here

Those pictures on the Facebook page in the album "Cheeses" are not mine, another friend sent it to me. I am not sure what cheese is that, the one with the fig, may be feta or something like Caerphilly?
