There is no standard in the colors so far as I know.  It varies from manufacture to manufacture.  Most commonly here in the states I think you will find greenish to be sewer pipe, white is sprinkler/well casing/or many other things, and blue is often a water main line.  The only way to know for certain is to read the text strip on the pipe and refer to the manufacture.

I know I just redid all my plumbing in the house with PEX and each color has a different temperature and suggested use. I didn't know if that also applied to the PVC.
