Greetings once again from Vancouver, Canada! After a 10-month absence I'm back in the cheesemaking world.
I'm so impressed with the updated site and the many global friends who share the joy of scooping warm curds. Congratulations, Webmaster, and to everyone who has contributed to this awesome site.
I'm looking forward to spring and the opportunity to try a few of the more challenging cheeses but in the meantime it's wonderful to enjoy freshly made Chevre and to spend a few hours browsing the CheeseForum website.
