John's Cheese Cave #5 - Medium Radient Chest Freezer Problems

My freezer Cheese Cave / Haloir reached 99% RH this morning so I moved the only cheese from it to a vegtable drawer in my 40F household fridge with the others and unplugged it with lid open to dry out.

I'll restart tonight without cheese and take 1/2 day readings to see where it goes.

At least I like science projects . . .
