Also someone told me little kids love blues... Check on that... I am not sure but somehow they still have the instinct.  ;)

Thanks for the recipe Michoutim.
I'm curious why you didn't get blue mold on the outside of the cheese. That's where it starts first, then I pierce to get the growth inside.
Regardless, it was a delicious looking cheese.

Pam, it is likely because my husband made the holes only once with that "failure", et also maybe the skewer he used was too thin. I'll check which one he uses with my calliper today...  For the 2d blue, we are re piercing the holes so that the blue can grow...
