I was about as tickled as a kid in the candy store when my milk lady called and said that they were milking again and milk was on it way!! That was a long dry spell (I think since the end of March). Well anyway 5 gallons arrived yesterday and I've got a Stilton in the works and a couple of Camembert's on tomorrow's schedule.
I've still got a pretty good stash aging in the cellar from last winter but it really feels good to be making cheese again!
Ok, I better get back to jumping up and down!
