Hi,
Normally we use water with rennet and I wonder is it possible use milk for that ?
For example before you start heating milk, you save required measurement milk and renneting with that. ( with rennet course
)

The milk would coagulate in a minute or so because of the low milk volume and high rennet amount. However, you can use a water/milk mixture, so long as the milk quantity is minimal.
