Is there a conversion to use a titratable acid reading and get a PH level? I have been searching the net for days and I can't find one. I know I'm going to end up buying a digital tester, but I'm trying to hold off for a little bit since it is a bit pricey and I need to get a cave going first.

Sorry, no clue, I have seen those more complicated acid level tools on some cheese supply store websites, maybe they have a conversion, good luck.

I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get a digital. It will br worth the investment to have awsome cheese.
