Howdy, not been on it awhile. I've got so much personal stock of rennet and cultures and right now I'm not making any cheese so I don't want them to go to waste so I'm offering them for sale. All are still good and will be for a while. They are all a year old and the rennet and Calcium Chloride have never left the refrigerator. The cultures and bacteria have never left the freezer. These prodcuts are all PROFESSIONAL Grade and are of extremely high quality. Contact me for shipping when you tell me what you want. The rennets and calcium cholride have been opened but only about 1 tablespoon have been used. If you want a lot make me an offer. Contact me via PM or email. I accept paypal.

Got your PM and sent you one back. Not slacking off just being moderate, I'd rather throw out a 2 year old cheddar that's 4 pounds instead of a $150 20 pounder. I just have way too much of everything.

Bahijammar,

Are you able to buy products from one of the online cheese making supply stores? Are they able to ship to Libya?

Ahlan bahijammar, you might try using what you can get or make near you.  For example, you can make rennet paste if you get the fourth part of a calf/lamb stomach from a meat market near you, clean it and blend it with a bit of salt and olive oil.  Then keep it in the fridge or (better) in the freezer.  Suggested here: http://www.homesteadingtoday.com/archive/index.php/t-226134.html

You can use rennet paste like commercial rennet and it tends to bring out more flavors in many cheeses.

Many cheeses have been made for centuries without modern tools, it just time to learn how to do it with your ingredients.
