Hello from Vermont
« on: January 31, 2010, 11:00:01 PM »

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum, but not to cheesemaking.
I make a variety of raw-milk cheeses at home, including gruyere, beaufort, reblochon, cloth-bound cheddar, raclette, and tomme!

All have been turning out extremely well and I am psyched!  This year, I want to get more serious and start selling.....

Hello Sue Welcome to the forum.
You have a good bit of competition up there but they are spaced out pretty well.  Good luck.

Thank you all very much!
I really look forward to using this forum.  I've done a bit of looking around.... there are some items I haven't been able to locate for the life of me, and maybe some of you know where to find them.
I'll be posting questions.
thanks so much,
Sue

Sue, I'm also admin here and I rename some Thread Titles and move to more applicable boards but some threads just naturally go off topic :o.

Thus the Search tool at the top right of the forum is your friend ;D, there's a How To Search in the FAQ Board with tips & tricks.

Have fun!

Hi Sue,  What part of Vermont are you in?  That one year old cheddar looks lovely!

Thank you Farmerpam,

I live in mid-southern VT, and yes the cheddar was very good!
I have two downstairs in progress, need to make more!

Cheers,
Sue
