On Friday Sep 4, 2009 I ordered a Salometer, long spatula as a Curd Knife, and long skimmer type ladle from CulinaryCookware.com's webstore.

Got an immediate email reply and in 7 days all items arrived by FedEx delivery service on Friday Sep 11, 2009 in one package marked Fragile-Glass for the Salometer. Packaging was excessive. All items are excellent quality.
