This cheese is great with stir fried spinach or other greens. It absorbs the flavors of whatever is cooked with it.

This was one of the first cheese I have people make when I show them how to make cheese. You don't need anything special and it really builds confidence.

Try shallow frying this cheese or grill it and eat with sprinkle of sea salt, pepper and herbs..its yummy!

Since I am making Kashmire Spinach for supper your reminder of just how easy paneer is to make has inspired me to use up my milk and make paneer to go in the dish!
