Hi from Northern Arizona!
« on: February 05, 2010, 10:24:00 PM »
Hi! My name is Phoebe, and I am from Taylor, Arizona.  I am new to cheese making, as part of my interests in becoming self-sufficient.  Cheesemaking fascinates me.  I have made a couple of batches of lemon cheese, and I am looking forward to starting into more complicated ones.  I am mostly here to just learn from others in the craft!

Welcome to the forum, Phoebe. My interest in cheesemaking is also related to a desire for self-sufficiency. This is a great place to learn. Good Luck.

Hi Pheobe!
I live in Phoenix--so we are neighbors! I'm getting fresh raw milk from Save Your Dairy.com, that is located in Queen Creek. They deliver to several cities withing Arizona, and I hope your's is one of them. Good luck in your cheese endeavors!

Hi Brie!  Glad to have a neighbor!  I'm not sure they deliver to us, but there is a dairy in town (sunrise dairy) and conveniently >:D, the owners are my hubby's best friends (and brother in law thru his ex wife.) So, I have access to all the top-notch, fresh whole milk I can handle!
