Hi from Sydney Australia
« on: February 05, 2010, 11:01:57 PM »
Hi, my name is Sue, and as you may have guessed by my user name, I love goat's cheese!  I have to date only made one goats cheese, but after tasting that I am hooked.   I also make soap, grow my own vegetables and my hubby makes all our bread products.  I am very interested in striving towards self-sufficiency and minimising my environmental footprint.  I look forward to chatting with you all.
Sue

Good morning Sue, welcome to the forum and the world of cheese making!

Others here also make soap, if you seach the forum on the word Soap, you'll get several hits.
"To be is to do"--Socrates. "To do is to be"--Sartre. "Do be do be do"--Sinatra.

Good morning Sue, and welcome to the forum.  I am one of the Aussies here on the board, and I also one of the soap makers.

Looking forward to you input.

Thanks everyone for your warm welcome. I have already found the soapmaking threads and posted my favourite recipe.  I am looking forward to learning from you all.
