Havarti with Cumin seeds
« on: February 06, 2010, 01:11:48 PM »
As I promissed, I finally opened it at the age of 4-1/2 months. The taste is very similar to the plain one I've made and opened earlier, except the cumin taste that is very mild and pleasent. The quantity of the seeds is a bit too much, so next time I shall have to reduce that as the flavor is a result of boiling the seeds and using the extract.

Looks great Alex. I have to order some cumin seeds. All I can find locally is powdered cumin for some reason.  By the time I find them I will forget why I wanted them.  ;)
