Ravioli (Maltese cheese)

Again extras can be add to this as you prefer.  Also minced chichen or beef if you so desired.

1 pkt wonton wrappers
1 egg
1lb cheese
water

Combine cheese and egg.  Thaw wrappers, and place 1-2tsp cheese mix in middle.  Brush edges with a little water, and fold over one edge to seal.  You can use the pronges of a fork to gently press edges together.

These can then be either pan fried in a little oil, or boiled for a couple of minutes until wrapper is cooked.  Serve with a spicy tomato pasta sauce.

These can be made ahead of time, and frozen, to be used when needed.
