First attempt at cheese making, how fun!

I've got some Lemon cheese with basil and parsley hanging, some queso blanco with jalapenos hanging, and Neufchatel (Borsin Brand Style) fixing to go on the stove. 

I preserved my whey to use later.  Can I mix the wheys or keep them separated?  Can I freeze the whey?

I would keep them separated for a few reasons the most important would be cross contamination. I can't say about freezing never tried it.
