Store Bought Cheese - Trim Green/White Mold Or Toss?
« on: March 14, 2010, 09:55:30 PM »
I have some store chees blocks I bought to cold smoke. I just found some in the drawer of the frig with mold. Would it be best to toss it or can I trim off the mold ?

Thanks
Mike

WmMike, are you planning to cold smoke? I'd like to try it but don't know how. Can you give me some direction?

Hi tally, good question, if you search on "Smoking" you'll find several threads on this already, one here, second here, [urlhttp://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,3202.0.html]guide here[/url], cheers!

WmMike, if you want to add your method can you please start a new topic, thanks.
