Any Northern Illinois cheesemakers?

I am just wondering if there are any members in Northern Illinois. I'm here in the DeKalb area.

If a few batches of chevre count, then hello from La Salle County.

I'm reading and studying and keep hoping to find the time to make more cheeses.

I get Guernsey milk from a farmer near Dixon and goat's milk from a farmer south of Rochelle.

I'm up here in the Swamps (Lake County).
