LOL No Sailor a large portion of New England has beend dealing with flooding lately due to the 14 inches of rain we got on Thursday after a week of rain. Just a small stream running through my basement.

My basement is about 60 degrees F and my gouda is supposed to age at 50 degrees is that going to seriously affect my cheese? Should I invest in a small fridge and a temp controller?
