Great site.
I have a raw goat milk dairy in NY and will be starting into cheese very shortly.
I will be asking lots of advise from you folks.

I'm not a milker either, but there are plenty of members here that are, and would gladly give advice on dairy farming. Most all of the members have knowledge of cheesemaking ranging from hobby to amateur to professional in all aspects of cheese. And everyone is supportive and helpful.
