This is sort of a regional question as Oberweis is a dairy in the midwest (Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana).
It is an excellent tasting milk, and while it is still HTST pasteurized and homogenized, I think it is a great choice for cheesemakers without access to raw milk. I started asking around a few months ago, and found that I can get 5 gallon bags of milk, for about $25, which is pretty good, since it is usually sold in 1/2 gallon glass containers for about $4 plus $1.50 deposit on the glass jug.
