I was at the Cheese Makers site and he sells PVC molds.  I am copy and pasting his statement regarding it:

    *  Resupply of 2 Camembert/Brie Cheesemaking Plastic White PVC** Moulds

These economical moulds work well for moulding Camembert cheese and can be used to mould other cheeses.
Inside diameter: 4 inches (100 mm)
Height: 4 inches (101.6 mm) **According to the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, using white PVC is ok for cheese or food production in the home. It may however not be suitable for commercial production of cheese for resale. Included in Standard or Deluxe Camembert/Brie/Blue Cheese Making Kit.

Notice the ** statement.
