Reblochon Recipe
« on: June 27, 2010, 05:55:36 PM »
Hello everyone,

I am trying to find a make procedure for Reblochon, but was unsuccessful searching this site. Nor did I find it on Peter Dixon's site or in Margaret Morris' book. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Here's a link to a recipe. I used it a couple of weeks ago; so far, so good.

I've never made one, but there is a recipe for reblochon in 200 Easy Homemade Cheese Recipes. :)

Sue's recipe is very simple and makes a good cheese - I'd try that first.
