I am visiting my daughter in Asheville for several days over the 4th and I am looking for local cheesemakers to visit and share experiences with.
I'm betting your trip is already over, but I hope you found some fellow cheesemakers in Asheville, or at least got to taste some of our local cheeses. Spinning Spider Creamery is about 30 minutes north of the city. I live well south of Asheville, and there are several small local operations.
