I jumped right to asking questions before introducing myself.
My name is Amanda and I just started my first cheese last night, after watching a friend and neighbor do it last Sunday.
My history: I love cheese, gave it up along with all other animal products when I became vegan for a year, and am now back on the cheese wagon, fascinated by the process of making it.
I discovered that vegetable rennet was available and was all the more excited by the prospect of cheese making.
