Hello from South Central Oklahoma
« on: July 12, 2010, 11:36:09 AM »
Greetings,
I'm a brand spanking new cheese maker from South Central Oklahoma. I've made one batch of Mozzarella, and will do another one today. I'm hoping to learn a lot and share what I do know, which right now isn't much but that will change. :)
