Nope, driven down that highway 11A between Red Deer & Sylvan Lake in Alberta Canada many times when I used to live in Rocky Mountain House but never noticed a dairy with cheese for sale.

Nice looking cheeses and they have some good ideas on flavoured/spiced Gouda but too far to ship here!

Hi!  Sylvan Star makes great cheese.  It's pretty easy to find where I live which is near Sylvan.  I recommend.  Jess

Three of our cheeses won last year in the Canadian Cheese Grandprix: Grizzly (Extra aged Gouda), Gruyere (swiss) and Gouda Smoked!
