Hello from Belize

I really am glad I have found this board and all the knowledgeable cheese makers posting here. I live on a small homestead near the Guatemalan border and raise variety of livestock. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute at least as much as I take from this boards.

Welcome woodsman, AFAIK you are our first member in Belize!

So I've just added you to our list of members locations, and I've added a geographic sub-board for Belize in case anyone wants/has some local type stuff.
