Greetings from an Englishman, living in Slovenia!!
Got sick of the terrible supermarket rubber that they sell in Slovenia, so im here making my own chedder.
Looking forward to all the great advice!

Welcome Steve!
Great place here , your going to love it. European style cheddar is a bit different than American style cheddar but they are very close. A bit of extra time in soup should do it for you.
