there is one in the twin cities-the mostly sell brewing stuff- but have molds and ect cant recall the name sorry

I buy most of my cheese supplies on line. Midwest Supplies has some stuff.

Northern Brewer has been a good source for me. I've also gotten supplies from Eggplant Urban Farm Supply.
