OK, I have been making cheese for about 1 year not with the help of this forum (thanks), a few other websites and two books (Mary Karlin's and Debra Amrein-Boyes') and would like to get together with other people/person to compare notes. I have made cheddar, Edam, Gouda, brie, Butterkase, reblochon, and an Irish cheddar. I am looking for classes that are more involved also. So any MN cheese makers let me know if you are interested.
