Deejays Spicy Veggie Burgers
2 cups Black Beans
2 cups Lentils
2 cups Black Eyed Peas
2 cups onions
2 cups carrots
2 cups cabbage
2 tablespoons Deejays All Purpose Rub
2 Tablespoon Hot Italian Sausage Spice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire powder
1 tablespoon course black pepper
1 tablespoon granulated Garlic
3 eggs
4 handfuls Italian bread crumbs
Soak beans until doubled in size. Boil beans until tender then drain and rinse. Mash Black eyed peas and Black Beans with a fork to break them up. Leave Lentils whole. Throw carrots, cabbage and onions in food processor until almost a pulp. Drain well then mix all ingredients. Add just enough bread crumbs to make mixture hold together but not to dry. Fry in canola oil.
