Planning to Build Cheese cave on existing room

Hi to all cheese cave expert.

  Im panning to build my cheese cave measuring 10' x 10' x 10' and i need advise on cheese cave experts out there. Our weather here in the philippines cold season is 28-34 C during the day and 19-23 C during nights. Hot season is 38-40 C during the day and 30-34 C at night. Im planning to use a chiller type refrigeration on my aging room and cold anyone help me build my cheese cave?

You need to isolate the room thermally.  Insulate the floor, cieling and walls.  You need to consider the envirornment when selecting the refrigeration equipment.  The best floor, and cheapest, it to frame it up with wood, put down tar paper and waterproofing shower pan goop.   You can then tile right over this and use a polyurethane sealant to fill the wall gaps and cracks.  I assume you are using a walk in cooler?
