I'm new to this site and new to cheese making. I'm a full time auctioneer specializing in antiques, primarily for estate settlement. I grew up in the business and except for nine years in the Navy as a clockmaker, it's all I've ever done. My wife and I have 2 boys, 9 & 4 and live in SE Wisconsin. I'm a fool for cheese and have decided that it's time to take a stab at making it. I'm very impressed with the site and collective knowledge, (and willingness to share it) that's out there. If my cheese making efforts are anything like my beer making efforts, I'll start out with a few colossal failures before settling down to something I can be proud of. Here's hoping......
