Give them some air. If they are wet they will develop slip skin. You have to much moisture. Try letting them sit with the lid off for a few hours and propin it open more later. If you see moisture you could pat it lightly with a paper towel first.

Finally looking good here are day 13 pictures I threw out 3 with slip skin, these look pretty good will probably try one tonight
