Italian cheese lover

Hi, My name is Adry. I was born in the US but was raised in Italy since a child. I love all types of cheese but Italian cheeses are what I miss the most.  I like to write about food and love food forums. If you are not aware of the types of cheese Italy produces here is a great guide:
