Many cheese making recipes/directions say when aging to have a certain humidity, anyone know how to measure humidity?

you can pick up an inexpensive humidistat at just about any hardware store. the brand that i use is Honeywell

Thanks Reg, did a search on Amazon and found and ordered this well liked Honeywell Brand Thermo-Hygrometer (temperature & humidity measurement)model with remote sensor:
