I personally thank you for your efforts. Your shipping cost estimation was way off but no problem :-)
Here is my first Gouda after getting my Kadova molds. Couldn't postpone more...

Those prices to Canada surprised me, didn't see it coming with such a low weight. Was really close on all the US estimates, though. Cheese looks great!
