Spinach & Feta Couscous

Our daughter bought this from prepared food kiosk in our local HEB Mega Grocery Store (not a full size HEB Central Market deluxe store). Label says Austin TX, so probably this was made there and big batches and shipped 3 hours to Houston.

Good use of Feta Cheese (although looks a little skimpy here for 5 USD/lb / 11 USD/kg) and appears easy to make so thought it would be useful for others.

INGREDIENTS
From largest to smallest amount:
  • Couscous (Water, Couscous, Salt)
  • Olive Oil
  • Feta
  • Spinach
  • Lemon Juice
  • Lime Juice
  • Salt
  • Mint
  • Basil
  • White Pepper

Thanks, John. That looks good. I made a spanokopeta last week. Need some new recipes for feta now that the cucumber/tomato season is over.
