Hi, All!

I'm new to the CheeseForum, but I'm a long time Cheese Lover. 

I put together a Cheese Recommendation Website:

By selecting a few of your cheese preferences, Kaeseus will make automated recommendations for you, based on data mining and machine learning methods.  My mission is two-fold: (1) to build a sort of genome of cheese preferences, and (2) to help cheese enthusiasts discover new cheeses for their specific palettes.

I am curious to get any feedback and suggestions from cheese lovers like you.
