What a nice Christmas present!
My best selling cheese is featured in the December issue of Southern Living Magazine.
Who knew? I milked 7 sheep for 6 weeks in 2005, a hobby was born...
Now, 6 yrs later... I am expecting 200 lambs next month, will milk about 85 ewes for 200 days, and will make 9000 lbs of cheese this coming season.
