The Oregon Cheese Guild's 6th Annual cheesemaker Education Day is January 22nd at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon.
We will have concurrent classes JUST for begining and established cheesemakers. We have some awesome topics and the full day is only 45.00 for non-members of the Guild.
