I am interested in learning to make cheese. I live in south Louisiana. This site looks like a good resource to use in my quest for cheese making knowledge.

Hi planza, welcome! We had a family from NOLA stay at our house here in Houston for 2 weeks after Katrina, great people.

There's a whole series of Wiki Articles on the website that should help in your overall knowledge, this Forum is a bit chaotic but good when you have questions!

Welcome. I think you'll find that this site is the most comprehensive tool to help build your cheesemaking knowledge. Yes, a little chaotic at times, but if you can't find something after using the search box, post your question, they rarely go unanswered!
