I've just made my first cheese press based on the pictures and calculations I have found on here
So thanx to everyone who posted pictures and spreadsheets.
According to the spreadsheet, I'm achieving about 12psi (went over 10 to allow for friction) from 5kg (11lb) of weight.
Much better than balancing the weights on top of the mould, which scares me and the wife to death when they fall off
