Sorry if that is a daft question, but is it 50lbs of weight to fully compress the spring that her recipies tend to call for? ie 22.7kg

Steve- her recipes are in lbs and are for a standard mold(4"?) that she usually works with. You will have to calculate the proper amounts of weight to use if you are working with a different size mold. You will find a lot of discussion here about using PSI instead of lbs when working with the various recipes.
